We have simplified the delivery service we offer you. A flat rate of £2.95* is chagred for all orders under £25, all orders are sent out on a Next Working Day Service at no extra cost*, some postcode exceptions do apply**
All orders placed and confirmed by 3pm Monday – Thursday will leave us that day on a 24hr service. (excludes Bank Holidays)
All orders placed and confirmed by 3pm Friday will leave us that day on a next working day service, for delivery on Monday. (excludes Bank Holidays)
All orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will leave us on Monday on a 24hr service. (excludes Bank Holidays)
All deliveries require a signature on delivery but you can choose the option to have your parcel left in a safe place if you’re not going to be around, this is at your own risk and no claims for non-delivery will be entertained if you choose this option. We can however deliver to your place of work or a neighbour for extra security.
*Due to the remote nature of some locations, there are some postcodes within the UK to which we unfortunately cannot offer Next Day delivery services. Deliveries to these postcodes will instead be made via our Standard Delivery service, and will arrive within 4 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) the following postcodes are classed as non standard for the UK and will incur a surcharge of £6.95 per parcel up to a maximum weight of 20kg.
AB30-63, BT, DD8-10, FK8, FK16-99, G83, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH10-26, PH30-50, TR21-25, TD15, ZE, (The Highlands and Off Shore Isles, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly) ** Next Day Delivery is not available to these postcodes.
Do you offer Free Delivery?
Yes we do; this will only apply to the first parcel up to 20kg when you spend £25 or more. This only applies to non exception UK postcodes and would be a upgraded standard delivery type. Customers who fall into the postcode exception areas listed above would only pay the surcharge proportion of the delivery we would be pay the standard delivery part of the delivery.
Is the Next Day Delivery Guaranteed?
No, as this is a free upgrade we cannot enter into claims for late delivery.
Can I track my order?
When your order moves through our system and then is dispatched you will receive an email with the courier tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes, you can collect 5 days a week during normal office hours. Please ring us to arrange.
I live locally would you drop off my items?
Yes no problem, we offer a free local delivery service into local towns and villages weekly within a 15 – 20 mile radius of the office, your postcode will determine if you’re eligible during checkout. Please contact us to confirm your delivery day of the week or for more information on this option.
What are the Delivery times?
Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 8am - 5pm.
Do you offer International Shipping?
SORRY - We do not ship any orders outside of the UK at the moment, but this is under review so please keep an eye on our website for further information when it becomes available.

PLEASE NOTE: During exceptional circumstances or weather conditions guaranteed delivery services may be suspended and in this case no late delivery claim will be entered into.
All orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders for delivery on the next working day must be on our system by 2pm on the day of despatch next working day delivery is available Monday – Friday. All orders placed after the cut-off time of 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday this would then be Tuesday. Upon your order being despatched you will then be emailed a tracking number so you are aware that your goods are on there way to you.
